by Axios who implement regular reviews with the
primary consulting firm and the individual
consultant. Any matters requiring attention e.g.
expenses policy; holiday cover etc, will be resolved
by Axios quickly and professionally. We also fully
understand that the end client relationship is held
with the primary consulting firm and at no point
in time will Axios interfere with that relationship or
represent itself to the end client (unless
specifically requested to do so).

Examples
Change Management – Pharma
A midsized consulting firm had an urgent need for
a stream leader to identify and implement major supply
chain changes throughout the business.
Our consultant commenced work five days after we first
received the request for help. Of the three stream
leads active within the client company, the Axios
resource was the only one to meet all client
expectations and deadlines.
Lean – Public Sector
A large and well known consulting firm won a
significant contract for lean implementation work
within the public sector but was unable to resource
the project itself and unable to find suitable
associates.
Axios provided three lean consultants for an initial
period of six months. The feedback in relation to this
was excellent with the following comment being made -
“I don’t know why but we can’t find good people and
yet you seem to be able to make them available
rapidly!”
Additionally, two of the three individuals were
promoted to project managers and one was offered a

Lean – Banking
A large consulting firm required a discrete piece

bank.

the development of an OEE implementation. This

S&OP – Distribution Company
A mid size consulting firm had been trying to resource
an S&OP project in Eastern Europe for over nine
months and the project had failed on two previous
occasions.
Axios provided two S&OP professionals for a period
of six months and the project was implemented beyond
the client’s expectation. The client requested to roll
this project out across three other parts of the group
