Michael
Michael has worked throughout Europe and
America formulating and executing business strategies,
Kaizen continuous improvement training, 6 Sigma
training and delivering world class manufacturing
programmes of change. Industries where the above have
been implemented include automotive, food, packaging
and scientific product manufacturing.
His core skills relate to business management and
consulting by improving manufacturing and operational
processes including coaching key personnel.
Michael also managed a £20million business supplying
all the major supermarkets, executing strategies that
directly impacted on improving the business in terms
of productivity, quality, costs and delivery.
Richard
Richard is a widely experienced international manager
with a deep understanding of business processes, global
supply chain and ERP systems and with a strong ability
to develop strategic initiatives and see them
implemented.

view’ whilst understanding the detail requirements. A
