Matthew’s Story

Matthew had been very successful over the proceeding years building a profitable business based on his individual enthusiasm, However, his business had plateaued and he was struggling to decide on the ways to move his business to the next level.

Together we reviewed the options (business and personal), the risks and rewards associated with each option and Matthew decided the best way forward. Together we developed a new business plan, set out the key steps and over the next six months implemented a plan which improved Matthew’s lifestyle and increased the company’s turnover by 47%.

Matthews business continues to succeed and grow.

Tony’s Family Business Story

Tony’s family business was twenty-two years old and had gone from success to success for the first fifteen years. However, the business then started to implode and the business halved in size within two years and had (at best) remained stable for five years. The family wanted to start to grow the business but felt very uncertain about doing so.

We worked with the family to understand all their individual and business wants, understand what happened seven years earlier, understand what the USP’s of the business were and identify resource and expertise needs.

Following the development of a very detailed plan for both individuals and the business and the recruitment of additional financial expertise the business started to grow, initially in a very safe and slow manner and later in a more rapid fashion.

At the time of writing, this process continues exactly on plan despite difficult markets – a credit to the family.
