At Axios we do HR, but we don’t just do HR. Our roots are in business management and we know how we can add maximum value to a business though the people and strategies within the business.
Founded by Ian Middleton after he left corporate life in 2004 Axios is a collaborative business which enables us to provide a very broad expertise by people who specialise in these areas.
Our business has grown in response to requests from our clients. Ian specialises in mentoring owners, managers and management teams. This leads in turn to requirements for people related support ranging from legal support to team building, from conflict resolution to leadership development.
We believe that Axios provides a unique offering to our clients through providing the right solution rather than forcing something out of a box into your business. We only provide suitably qualified AND experienced people and we all share one common goal.

Ian Middleton personifies everything needed to build a successful business through the leadership of people. Having started his working life in local government Ian has now been successfully involved in a large number of business start-ups and has run businesses from 1 to 2000 employees.
